AI is only as clever as your questions to it are.

In this session, I will show you how to optimize a (poorly written) software documentation, make it concise without loosing any critical information.

Editing even a single article requires a few iterations with ChatGPT. I will give you examples of bad, misleading questions and good, context related questions. When interacting with an AI, it is important to "guide" it into self-learning and acquiring a new information on its own, but you have to propel it in the right direction, e.g., point to a few critical sources, explain some context in your own words, etc. Indeed, you need to arrive at some compromise so that chatting with ChatGPT does not cost you more time than a direct editing.

Censhare is quite a niche product and it is important to know it before trying to optimize its documentation, which is also very technical and "insider-oriented". That's why it is a perfect example of the challenges of using AI to support your writing and/or revise and enhance your existing technical documentation.
