Nobody enjoys reviews. They typically occur at the end of the development cycle, so everyone is busy and stressed about last-minute tasks. It's difficult and time consuming for technical writers to manually identify what's new, what's changed, and what's been deleted, and it's easy to miss an important change. It's difficult for reviewers to remember why changes are needed, especially without access to a previous version of the content or even other reviewers' comments. And, when we finally gather the required review comments, technical writers often have to play a stressful game of "hide-and-seek" to successfully find, rewrite, and revise the reviewers' feedback.
