As part of our technical knowledge management initiative, we established the Graphwise Knowledge Hub as an agentic AI Platform based on knowledge graphs that provides access to all relevant information about the company and its products. We integrated information from various sources— technical documentation market research, marketing information. CRM etc.—and created AI-driven applications and agents to provide faster access to the right information for different information needs, thereby improving the daily work of our employees and customers.
The goal was to accelerate the enablement of our employees, partners and customers, reduce the onboarding time, and create an infrastructure for the use of AI in the company that avoids hallucinations and provides a trustworthy source of information for internal and external customers. In my presentation, I will provide an overview of our achievements to date, discuss the lessons learned, and share insights from the evaluations we conducted to verify whether we were able to achieve our goals.
