Marzie is a Senior Product Designer and User Researcher who specializes in transforming complex systems into intuitive, user-centered experiences. She is passionate about making technical information accessible, engaging, and easy to navigate for the people who use it.
With over a decade of experience, Marzie has led end-to-end product design across the tech, fintech, mobility, and energy sectors. She has designed digital products and mobile applications for companies including Tado° and go-e in Germany, as well as Snapp and Cafe Bazaar in Iran.
Earlier in her career, Marzie worked as a Learning & Development Specialist at Cafe Bazaar, one of Iran’s largest technology companies. There, she designed leadership development frameworks, competency models, and skills training programs to support employee growth across the organization. She later transitioned into product design, first at Cafe Bazaar and then at Snapp, where she focused on user experience, interaction design, and building customer-facing digital products used by millions of people.
Currently, Marzie co-runs Firoozeh Flow, where she combines her expertise in human-centered design with manufacturing training workflows. Her focus is on applying UX principles to factory documentation to create more effective, scalable ways of qualifying shop floor operators.
Across all of her work, Marzie is driven by one goal: to translate complex systems into clear, intuitive experiences, whether designing digital products, enterprise workflows, or industrial training systems.
