Zach brings over 13 years of experience specializing in manufacturing workforce development, technical training content creation, and equipment supplier knowledge transfer. He genuinely enjoys making training, work instructions, and SOPs on the factory floor more intuitive for the operators who use them every day.
A recent focus of his was leading operator qualification and scale-up initiatives at major European gigafactories, previously serving as a Senior Expert for Factory Launch at PowerCo in Germany, and Manufacturing Training Program Manager at Northvolt in Sweden. Prior to this, he was Production Manager at DLG Battery in China, and an Operational Excellence Coach for Redzone Production Systems in the USA.
Currently, Zach channels his passion for operational clarity into two roles. As a Manufacturing Success Coach at Factbird, he leads the implementation of productivity and paperless quality solutions in factories around the globe. At the same time, he co-runs Firoozeh Flow, which focuses on applying UX principles to manufacturing training to create a more user-friendly and effective way of qualifying shop floor operators.
Across all of his endeavors, Zach is dedicated to building scalable, practical workforce strategies that empower teams to do their best work.
