Contents

For 7 years Lawson worked with technical writers for Australia’s largest banks, telecommunications, private organisations and the Australian Federal Government to communicate to indigenous communities. What happens when your audience suffers from illiteracy, or their written language system is not standardized and equally distributed? Technical writing needs to be communicated in alternative formats such as subtitling, e-Learning or audio.

Takeaways

In this session you will learn about how your technical documentation can go beyond a regular written document through format conversion, transcreation, subtitling, transcribing and much more.
