Sirpa Ruokangas is Solution Owner for Portfolio and Content Solutions, as well as Enteprise Architect (act) for Content Management in KONE IT. In business roles she has acted as a writer, information designer, information architect and process architect. Found IBM DITA some 20+ years ago, was early adopter and contributed in making DITA into a standard with her colleagues. Then she drifted away to IT roles;  nowadays focus in making sure her business teams have the 'best' industry tools for content management, dynamic delivery and translation. She is a founding member of Finnish Society for Technical communication.
