Daniel Fransson is rapidly approaching 30 years of experience from documentation work, first in the translation business as a translator/project manager/localisation engineer, and for the last decade as a technical writer. Currently at Opter, a Nordic transport management software company serving transport companies in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Estonia and Iceland, he has scaled and automated substantial parts of the editoral process and the multilingual delivery of both software and documentation.
