Anna Goncharova is a Staff Documentation Engineer at inDrive, where she launched the in-house docs-as-code platform (now ~100 service repositories), built a Go documentation agent that went from a pilot on 10 repositories to all service repositories in production, and designed the company-wide PRD methodology with an LLM quality checker across ~10 product teams. Earlier she built a technical documentation department from zero for a national-scale product traceability platform. She speaks at tekom/tcworld, tcworld China and NORDIC TechKomm on AI agents, requirements quality and knowledge systems for engineers and AI.
